Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Sr. Center of Excellence Functional Leader, Engineering to provide enterprise-level direction across engineering disciplines including process engineering, automation, and project management.

You will guide standards and drive capital execution, asset reliability, and regulatory compliance across all sites. You will lead a high-performing team, advance enterprise standards, and partner with operations to optimize energy and environment strategies while shaping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership in manufacturing or related industrial operations.
• Experience delivering capital planning to executive level leadership or Board of Directors.
• Experience coaching a team to identify opportunities or implement changes to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Experience developing strategic investment plans to match enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain enterprise engineering project portfolio strategy and standards.
• Lead governance and execution of the enterprise capital portfolio with cross functional input.
• Oversee development and governance of engineering processes and standards.
• Resolve complex engineering escalations requiring senior-level oversight.
• Analyze engineering metrics to identify strategic improvement opportunities.
