Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a physical sciences or engineering field.
• 5+ years of technology transfer experience in licensing and business development.
• 2+ years of leading IP negotiations and drafting agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology licensing and business development for a university portfolio.
• Negotiate term sheets, licenses, sponsored research and collaboration agreements.
• Supervise licensing staff and develop IP strategy and marketing plans.
• Coordinate with faculty, industry partners, and counsel on complex transactions.
• Manage post‑agreement diligence, reporting, milestones, and compliance.
• Maintain records of portfolio activities and outcomes.
