Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical science or engineering field.
• Five years of direct, full-time technology transfer experience.
• Two years leading IP licensing negotiations and drafting agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology licensing and business development for university inventions.
• Evaluate disclosures, IP position, market potential, and translational needs.
• Develop IP strategies and licensing plans; negotiate term sheets and licenses.
• Manage post‑agreement matters, reporting, and licensee relations.
• Supervise and develop licensing staff; ensure workflow efficiency.
• Engage with faculty, industry, and investors to advance commercialization.
