Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience with talent management and workforce planning.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience managing HR professionals.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and operationalizes enterprise talent management strategy and internal mobility.
• Leads design, implementation, and measurement of performance management and talent management using Oracle HCM.
• Oversees performance management, goal setting, and alignment with priorities and standards.
• Defines talent profile architecture to support talent decisions and mobility.
• Establishes analytics to assess pipeline strength, succession readiness, and turnover trends.
• Leads talent review and succession planning across functions, regions, and operations.
• Develops career pathways and individual development planning practices.
• Maintains assessment practices for high-potential identification and development programs.
• Collaborates with HR, operations, and analytics to support leadership roles and pipelines.
• Partners with Learning and Development on high-potential programs and leadership academies.
• Provides executive insights and reporting on talent and skill needs.
