TriSearch is seeking a Director, Suspension Manufacturing Operations in Riverside, CA. This senior leader will oversee welding operations, fabrication, shock production line manufacturing, and site warehouse operations to drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost outcomes.

The role partners with Engineering, Product Management, and centralized Operations to align site capabilities with company standards, while building a strong, accountable team culture across the campus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• 8+ years in progressive manufacturing operations leadership, incl. welding/fabrication.
• Experience managing multi-shift operations, with safety and quality focus.
• Warehousing/logistics experience and inventory management knowledge.
• Lean or continuous improvement experience required.

Responsabilités

• Own safety, quality, throughput and cost performance across Riverside site.
• Develop and execute annual operating plan with targets and budgets.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure processes/equipment support on-time delivery and quality.
• Oversee welding, fabrication, and shock production line operations.
• Lead site warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and centralized Ops.
