Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Coach and develop supervisors and production personnel.
Establish production priorities and meet schedules and customer commitments.
Monitor KPIs such as productivity, downtime, throughput, and on-time delivery.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
