Responsabilités

• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, manage, supervise, and evaluate assigned programs/staff.
• Investigate, analyze, and formulate methods for handling special projects/reports.
• Apply project management procedures and best practices to department initiatives.
• Continuously assess, design, and enhance data systems, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in student planning processes.
• Prepare recommendations related to student assignment boundaries and continuation patterns.
• Develop and execute enrollment strategies aligned with district goals.
• Promote internal and external communication to improve transparency and enrollment; develop enrollment projection and recruitment strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with families and community partners.
• Collaborate to implement scalable technology solutions.
