This 12-month fiscal appointment leads all student-related functions from admissions through graduation, ensuring a compliant, student-centered infrastructure.

The ADSA develops and enforces student policies, oversees services and data systems, and serves as the senior decision-maker for complex student

Qualifications

• Earned PhD, DNP, or equivalent doctoral degree (preferably in nursing).
• Eligible for faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or higher.
• Experience with student policy development, compliance, and regulatory processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with student compliance systems and data reporting is preferred.
• Eligibility for unencumbered RN licensure in Illinois and Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all student affairs across undergrad and grad programs.
• Oversee admissions, onboarding, progression, and graduation clearance.
• Direct student services to promote retention, progression, and success.
• Develop, interpret, and enforce student policies and procedures.
• Oversee data management, reporting, and analytics on student metrics.
• Supervise Student Services staff and collaborate across university partners.
• Represent the School of Nursing in committees and external engagement.
