Samsung Electronics America seeks a Sr. Director of Strategy and Sales Operations to lead data infrastructure, reporting, pricing, and enablement. This role partners with sales leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the right tools and processes support growth and informed decisions.

The candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives, manage Salesforce and BI platforms, and shape pricing and contract strategies for a high-performing sales organization.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, strategy, or related field with 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• PMI PMP certification and BI/data analytics certifications are preferred.
• Deep knowledge of sales operations and strategy in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure, reporting systems, and BI tools.
• Experience leading pricing strategy and cross-functional enablement programs.
• Proven track record of leading sales enablement and managing CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Own data infrastructure, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for real-time sales performance insights.
• Oversee Salesforce and sales systems administration, data integrity, and usage standards.
• Lead pricing strategies, RFP processes, and contract negotiation support.
• Design and execute sales enablement programs and onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and product to align GTM priorities.
