Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific or technical field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• 5+ years of bioprocess experience.
• 3+ years of top-tier consulting or related field with a focus on market analysis.
• 3+ years executing in a non-consulting role with strategic planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen in Life Sciences (bioprocessing, pharma services, or filtration).

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategic planning process for the filtration business, defining vision and long-term ambitions.
• Co-own major strategic decisions with the General Manager and product leaders, focusing on growth opportunities.
• Drive market intelligence and identify growth strategies through comprehensive market analyses.
