Meissner is seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead and scale our Product Management function across Filtration, SUS, Equipment & Hardware, and Services. You will shape the product roadmap, align with executive leadership, and partner with Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive growth and market differentiation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, portfolio management, or related roles in life sciences or pharma.
• 4+ years in people management lead capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive growth.

• Establish and scale the product management function and operating model.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across four portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
