Black Duck Software, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Technology Alliances to build and scale its partnership ecosystem across AI, DevSecOps, cloud platforms and software supply chain security.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal and Executive Leadership to define alliance strategy, negotiate agreements, and drive integrated solutions that accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of technology partnerships or ecosystem leadership experience within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling partnership functions from concept to execution.
• Experience leading and negotiating complex strategic agreements with deal values exceeding $5M.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology alliance strategy and growth.
• Manage lifecycle from identification to scale.
• Build executive relationships with providers, cloud platforms, AI innovators, and developer ecosystems.
• Structure agreements that maximize business value and market impact.
• Define and track metrics for integration adoption, pipeline, and revenue.
