Dexcom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Training to lead enterprise-wide enablement initiatives, aligning training, tools, insights, and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner across cross-functional stakeholders, build governance, and drive adoption of strategic priorities, with a focus on growth and improving field performance. This role requires 25–50% travel and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in sales, enablement, or commercial ops in healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of healthcare providers, payers, and patient dynamics.
• Experience in regulated environments with FDA/HIPAA knowledge.
• Proven success scaling enablement programs to improve productivity and win rates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise sales enablement and training roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Lead onboarding, continuous learning, leadership development, and field readiness.
• Provide strategic leadership for Patient Care org and support readiness.
• Develop governance and metrics to evaluate enablement impact.
• Partner with Commercial Ops to optimize CRM usage and reporting.
• Launch readiness for new products and reimbursement expansions.
