Job summary
Dexcom Corporation seeks a Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Training to lead enterprise-wide enablement initiatives driving customer experience and performance. The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Commercial Operations to standardize onboarding, leadership development, and field readiness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 17+ years in the industry.
- 13+ years of leadership management experience in relevant industry.
Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the enterprise sales enablement and training roadmap.
- Lead onboarding, continuous learning, leadership development, and field readiness programs.
- Provide strategic leadership for Patient Care organization and customer-support operations.
- Develop governance, measurement, and performance frameworks for enablement.
- Partner with commercial leadership to identify capability gaps and scalable solutions.
- Oversee launch readiness strategies and enablement planning for new products and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of content, learning experiences, systems, and field tools.
