Mayo Clinic is seeking a Manager in Business Development to lead project work streams, report to leadership, and coordinate cross-functional activities across three focus areas: Partnerships, Commercialization, and Technology Development.

You will work with Mayo colleagues and external partners to evaluate opportunities, manage licensing processes, and drive technology commercialization while ensuring regulatory and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or advanced degree in business, science, or related field plus 2 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Three years experience in technology licensing for Commercialization work unit.

Responsabilités

• Lead portions of projects, report status to department leadership.
• Represent department in internal and external meetings as warranted.
• Manage workflows and resources to achieve project outcomes.
