Job summary

Premier Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Director to manage a book of business across multiple large clients, delivering billable consulting work and guiding service-line performance. You will drive engagements, develop offerings, and oversee quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include selling projects up to $250k, leading engagements as SME, growing the Premier portfolio, and ensuring staff utilization and appropriate margins while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree and professional licenses preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver consulting projects within an assigned service line.
• Manage service line performance including offerings, sales and business development, quality of implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Actively grow the Premier portfolio and maintain high staff utilization and margins.
• Lead engagements as SME with deep technical/clinical involvement and provide oversight to staff.
• Serve as primary liaison for expertise and coordinate materials, events, committees, meetings and presentations.
