Job summary

Premier, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Advisory Services, Clinical Integrity to manage a high-value book of business in the US. The role focuses on selling and delivering complex consulting engagements up to $250k+ and overseeing service-line performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will lead engagements, provide clinical/technical oversight, and serve as the primary liaison for expertise, shaping offerings and ensuring successful delivery across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred with RN license or other professional license; Lean Six Sigma training

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects within an assigned service line.
• Manage service line performance including development of offerings, sales and business development, quality of implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Actively grow the Premier portfolio and maintain staff utilization and margins on engagements.
• Lead engagements and provide clinical/technical oversight to staff in development of engagements, materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations.
