Qualifications

• 7+ years of applicable experience

• Experience in health systems finance, operations or decision support analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Execute/direct/oversee data analyses and client presentations; ensure quality of deliverables
• Lead engagements and manage project profitability and client satisfaction
• Develop recommendations and solutions for senior leadership review
• Mentor staff and manage project resources
• Identify opportunities for add-on sales and pursue them with engagement leadership
• Maintain utilization targets and ensure on-time delivery
