The ideal candidate has 10+ years in strategic partnerships in higher education, plus 8+ years of people leadership, and a strong background in data-driven policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, nonprofit management or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Graduate degree in MBA, MA, or doctoral degree in relevant field of study; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in higher education, with emphasis on strategic partnerships and cross-sector collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's strategy and execution for building and expanding state partnerships with higher education systems, government agencies, and policy stakeholders.
• Cultivate and secure state-level agreements to implement Common App products and services.
• Represent the organization in high-level engagements with state education leaders, elected officials, and nonprofit executives.
