Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Senior Director to lead Sourcing Risk & Operations across Tech & Ops supplier relationships. The role focuses on building an enterprise view of supplier risk, driving proactive governance, and delivering measurable outcomes through strategic sourcing models.

You will partner with procurement, legal, workforce management, and business leaders to align supplier risk with enterprise objectives, support offshore operations governance, and lead a high-performing team to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years in supplier management or related experience.
Advanced communication skills, advanced computer literacy and ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
Ability to operate effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supplier risk management for Tech & Ops strategic portfolio.
Develop portfolio-based governance and supplier population alignment.
Lead executive briefing materials for senior leadership across the organization.
Manage BC/DR planning and incident management with stakeholders.
Oversee offshore development center audits and related operational controls.
Lead and coach the Sourcing Risk & Operations team.
