Seagate Technology seeks a Staff Program Manager for Travel Supplier Strategy & Sourcing to lead sourcing strategy, RFPs, contract performance, and value realization across travel services in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.

You will manage supplier scorecards, benchmarking, and commercial recommendations, driving savings while ensuring policy adherence and risk management.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading supplier negotiations, RFPs, benchmarking, scorecards, contract performance, and savings/value tracking.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel suppliers including TMCs, airlines, hotels, ground transportation, rail, travel technology, and payment solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex supplier, data, service, financial, and operational factors and recommend practical options aligned to company objectives.
• Extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, travel, finance operations, corporate payment solutions, or related fields.
• Ability to handle sensitive travel, supplier, financial, payment, and employee data with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Manage sourcing strategy and contract administration for travel and related services.
• Coordinate RFPs, renewals, proposal analysis, supplier selection, and award recommendations.
• Lead or support negotiations for discounts, rebates, and commercial terms.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement and stakeholders to ensure compliant supplier agreements.
• Develop supplier scorecards and report on savings, rebates, and value realization.
