Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, in SaaS or technology.
• SMB-focused marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate the SMB buyer's daily reality and drivers.
• Proven track record in positioning, GTM and product launches.
• Results-oriented with cross-functional impact beyond activities.
• Comfort presenting to CMO-level leadership and leading teams.
• Experience managing senior product marketers and Directors.
• Adaptive, fast-execution leader with low-friction mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB messaging and positioning end-to-end.
• Lead GTM strategies for new product releases and features.
• Create tools and content for sales enablement and training.
• Turn market insights into strategy and compelling ROI stories.
• Drive AI integration within operations to scale content and execution.
• Lead and develop the PMM team and cross-functional trust.
