Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE or related fields with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record in building and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
• Experience managing large-scale production systems and infrastructure organizations.
• Strong expertise in Linux systems deployment and automation.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager - SRE to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will guide a senior Site Reliability Engineering function responsible for the stability, automation, and security of large-scale infrastructure. The role will shape reliability priorities, support engineering execution, and strengthen operational discipline across production systems. You will partner closely with engineering leadership to improve how the organization deploys, monitors, and secures critical infrastructure while developing strong technical leaders.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $178,000 – $210,000 annually
