Job summary

WuXi AppTec in New York seeks an Operations Supervisor to ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing activities align with the established production plan and the site's quality system. You will supervise operators and technicians, manage GMP cleaning, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during the fast-paced site build phase.

Once operational, you will lead the Site Support Team to ensure smooth site administrative operations and continuous improvement, while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with 6+ years in manufacturing site operations.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical production.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan work and supply needs; assign workstations.
• Train staff on procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure GMP packaging operations and traceability.
• Open deviations and follow up CAPA in quality IT system.
• Maintain packaging line indicators and report to team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
