Job summary

Definium Therapeutics is seeking a hands-on Senior Director, Site Engagement & Field Reimbursement to build and lead the field organization responsible for readying treatment sites to deliver DT120 and securing their reimbursement pathway once live.

Reporting to the Vice President of Market Access, this role owns both halves of the equation that determines whether a site can treat patients: the ability to operationalize DT120, and the ability to secure adequate reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in market access, field reimbursement, or site-of-care management.
• Minimum 8 years of people leadership, including leading directors.
• Direct experience with buy-and-bill reimbursement models and CMS coding pathways.
• Experience scaling a site-of-care network for REMS or limited-distribution products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Reimbursement and Site Engagement teams for DT120 launch readiness.
• Develop and own billing and coding strategy, including J-code, G-code, CPT advocacy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align site readiness and launch timelines.
• Hire, develop, and manage two Directors and their field teams; establish KPIs and rhythm.
• Synthesize feedback to evolve site engagement and reimbursement strategy.
