Job summary

Sonepar Management Group (SMG) in the United States is seeking a Senior SIOP Leader to drive the monthly SIOP cycle, set standards, define decision rights, and align growth plans, service levels, inventory strategy, and supplier performance.

You will translate demand signals into supply actions, connect demand, supply, and inventory planning, and maintain dashboards and scorecards to drive improvements with clear ownership and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's or professional certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain planning or SIOP leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly SIOP cycle and set standards.
• Translate demand signals into actionable supply and supplier actions.
• Link demand, supply, purchasing, and inventory targets to minimize excess and support financial metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and scorecards; drive corrective actions with ownership and deadlines.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and SIOP capability across the organization.
