Job summary

UCT is seeking a Technical Sr Director to lead chemistry delivery solutions in Hayward, CA. You will drive technology strategy, roadmap, and customer engagement for ALD/ALE processes across deposition and removal technologies.

You will lead multi-functional teams and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to accelerate growth and improve profitability. This is a high-impact, executive-facing role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading semiconductor equipment and wet process tech.
• Proven track record in R&D and product development programs.
• Leads cross-functional teams across PM, Eng, Ops, and Sales.
• Experience with ALD/ALE deposition and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to grow revenue and margins.
• Partner with strategic accounts to co-innovate and expand share.
• Prioritize tech investments and align roadmaps with customers.
• Drive speed-to-market and successful qualification for programs.
• Lead NPD, NPI, and transfer programs; push new tech investments.
• Support business development and customer acquisition efforts.
