Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing quality.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience with ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 27001.
• Experience leading certification audits and customer engagements.
• Expertise in SPC and yield improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing quality strategy aligned with operational goals.
• Lead and mentor quality engineering teams focused on assembly, testing, and end-to-end manufacturing operations.
• Integrate quality leadership into daily manufacturing processes and decision-making.
• Establish and enhance site quality procedures and ensure alignment with QMS.
• Manage compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and TL 9000 standards.
• Oversee the manufacturing change control process and ensure adherence to Telcordia requalification requirements.
• Act as the primary manufacturing quality interface for customers and manage audit processes.
• Foster a culture of quality that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
