The leader will guide teams across vulnerability management, application security, and offensive security, driving risk visibility and accountability across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director - Security Posture & Exposure Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This leader will own the enterprise strategy for vulnerability management and security posture, with a strong emphasis on risk-based decision-making and measurable remediation outcomes. The role will guide cross-functional security efforts spanning application security, offensive security, and enterprise scanning coverage across hybrid and on-premises environments. This is a highly visible position that partners with technology leaders to improve risk visibility, strengthen accountability, and advance the organization’s overall security resilience.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $159,000 – $257,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Set and own the technical strategy and operating model for enterprise vulnerability management
• Lead and develop teams across vulnerability management, application security, and offensive security

• Experience in designing security tooling and automation for effective vulnerability management
• Strong data analysis skills to present risk metrics and decisions effectively
