Ladders is seeking a Director, Global Security to lead a comprehensive global security program across regions, protecting people, facilities, assets, and operations. The role partners with enterprise stakeholders to strengthen risk management and crisis response.

Based in Tampa, FL, US candidates only, with flexible remote arrangements. The position offers a strong compensation package and opportunities to shape security standards and resilience in a complex, global environment.

• 20+ years of security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will shape and execute a comprehensive global security function that protects people, facilities, assets, and operations across multiple regions. The role will partner closely with enterprise stakeholders to strengthen risk management, crisis response, executive protection, and travel security practices. This is a high-visibility opportunity to establish consistent security standards and support organizational resilience in a complex, global environment.

Location: Tampa, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $215,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of global security strategies and operations
• Identify and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk management
• Establish and standardize security policies and operating models across all regions
• Oversee the effective protection of facilities and assets through physical security systems
• Support crisis management and business continuity efforts in response to major events
• Define executive protection strategies and travel security protocols
• Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field
• 20+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs
