You will lead the IAM organization, implement SSO, MFA, governance, and ensure compliance across a highly regulated biotech/pharma context, partnering with technology teams and senior stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director - Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This senior leader will define and drive the enterprise identity and access management strategy, operating model, and governance framework across a complex organization. The role will shape core identity capabilities that strengthen security, improve user access experiences, and support compliance across a highly regulated environment. In close partnership with technology teams and senior stakeholders, this leader will advance risk reduction, scalable remediation, and executive visibility into IAM performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $174,800 – $291,300 annually
