Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years of engineering people management.
• Experience managing engineering managers and leading multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, technical strategy, and execution of LinkedIn’s SDUI platform for building product experiences across Web, iOS, and Android.
• Manage a customer-first platform organization that understands product teams’ needs and removes friction.
• Partner with product and design leaders to translate experience requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
• Drive SDUI adoption and migration across LinkedIn with clear ownership, milestones, and retirement plans for legacy systems.
• Improve the full experience of building on the platform, from learning it to testing, debugging, releasing, and operating products.
• Guide architectural decisions across UI frameworks, client rendering, frontend APIs, and backend integration.
• Hold a high bar for quality of experiences including responsiveness, accessibility, reliability across client platforms.
• Measure success through product team adoption, development speed, and quality of shipped experiences.
• Lead and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
• Make the SDUI platform AI-ready through component contracts, documentation, and automated validation.
