Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Partnerships to accelerate revenue growth both personally and by coaching Directors of Partnerships across the territory.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the role combines direct business development with strategic leadership, guiding pipelines, onboarding, and growth planning across the organization. You will mentor DOPs, manage cross-functional initiatives, lead onboarding, and contribute to supervision of recruitment

Qualifications

• 10+ years in education-focused sales leadership.
• Background in K-12 service delivery models.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets and developing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own a personal pipeline while mentoring DOPs to hit territory growth targets.
• Drive pipeline development and guide DOPs to build segmented pipelines aligned to revenue targets.
• Lead cross-regional campaigns and quarterly reviews for state teams.
• Navigate education funding landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development across the team.
