Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to manage multiple K12 schools, serve as the primary contact for school administrators, and lead the teams within assigned accounts. You will drive planning, direction, and execution to meet operational and financial goals while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires managing large teams, building client loyalty, and overseeing budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Educational minimum and work experience per USDA Professional Standards for the account(s).
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management experience in relevant field are preferred.
• Experience in foodservice management, ideally in K12 settings, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team across large accounts to deliver top‑notch service to clients, students, and communities.
• Drive relationships with clients and ensure achievement of KPIs such as profitability and safety.
