Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee multiple K12 accounts. You will be the primary contact for district foodservice administrators, lead teams, and direct overall operations to meet financial and regulatory goals while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role involves travel, strategic oversight, and partnership with safety, nutrition, and culinary teams to ensure compliant, high‑quality service across districts.

Qualifications

• USDA Professional Standards met for the intended account(s).
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of management experience preferred, in foodservice or related field.
• Proven leadership and strong customer service with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams across large or multiple accounts to deliver top‑notch service.
• Develop client relationships and drive profitability, safety and engagement KPIs.
• Participate in district leadership discussions and share best practices.
• Assess risk/reward, gather input, and ensure policy compliance.
• Champion transparency, safety, and accountability in operations.
• Represent the Chartwells/Flik brand within districts and communities.
• Meet client needs, retain accounts, and support rebid opportunities.
• Collaborate with safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary teams.
• Ensure USDA/meal programs compliance and timely reporting.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and reporting accuracy for the account.
• Oversee performance evaluations and succession planning within accounts.
