Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining, a unit of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead the operation of school foodservice programs across accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field
• 5+ years of direct foodservice operational management experience
• Strong knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department
• Oversee overall account direction, coordination, and evaluation
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance
• Prepare and manage annual budget
• Utilize company systems for reports (inventory, payroll, etc.)
• Ensure food and beverage service adheres to company standards and safety guidelines
