Job summary

Compass Healthcare in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee multiple K-12 accounts. You will lead diverse teams, set strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational and financial performance while delivering safe, high-quality foodservice.

You will develop strong client relationships, participate in district leadership discussions, and champion safety, nutrition, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of management experience, preferably in foodservice or hospitality.
• Proven track record leading a business and a team with strong customer service and financial acumen.
• Excellent initiative, communications, multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and inspires teams across large accounts to deliver top-notch service to clients, students, and community.
• Drives relationships with clients and achieves key performance indicators (profitability, safety, engagement).
• Participates in district leadership discussions and shares best practices while mitigating risks.
• Ensures adherence to policies, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements (USDA, etc.).
• Owns financial results and supports reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
