Axon is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to lead its Salesforce platform strategy. This role involves overseeing the Quote-to-Cash transformation, managing a team of architects and developers, and partnering with executive stakeholders. Candidates should have substantial experience in enterprise technology, strong Salesforce knowledge, and a proven ability to drive high-growth transformations. Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology, with 5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at the Director level or above.
• Demonstrated experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B environments— with CPQ and Billing in production.
• Track record of leading Quote-to-Cash transformations end to end—opportunity through revenue recognition.
• Strong grasp of modern enterprise architecture concepts—APIs and event‑driven integration, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), data warehousing, and security and identity at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Axon's Salesforce platform.
• Lead Axon's Quote-to-Cash transformation.
• Set the strategy for AI on the Salesforce platform.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards and governance.
• Lead and grow a team of managers and individual contributors.
• Manage the platform budget and vendor relationships.
• Define the metrics that track platform health and business outcomes.
