Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Director, Salesforce to lead the multi-year strategy for the Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud. You will guide a major end-to-end transformation to accelerate revenue and customer success.

You will own architecture, governance, and DevOps maturity while building and mentoring a team of architects, developers, admins, and analysts to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology with 5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at the Director level or above.
• Experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B environments — CPQ and Billing in production.
• Track record leading Quote-to-Cash transformations end-to-end and applying AI on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for Axon's Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud, Billing, Experience Cloud, and connected enterprise systems.
• Lead Axon's Quote-to-Cash transformation — modernizing the end-to-end flow and driving velocity and accuracy.
• Set the AI strategy for the Salesforce platform — Agentforce, Einstein, and embedded LLM-powered workflows to boost productivity.
• Establish architectural standards, governance, security posture, and DevOps maturity across the Salesforce footprint.
• Lead and grow a team of managers and individual contributors — architects, developers, admins, and analysts.
