Responsibilities

• Offer data-driven insights to support assessment and decision-making.
• Collaborate with commercial partners to ensure aligned decisions and execution.
• Facilitate a cross-functional council to ensure go-to-market design, customer engagement, sales playbooks and operational processes.
• Oversee sales compensation plans and design competitive incentive programs.
• Design scalable processes across sales teams while maintaining consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide timely insights for understanding sales performance and forecasting.
• Sponsor initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
• Manage sales support functions such as customer service, order management, and issue handling.
• Lead governance for sales processes, tools, and data including revenue tech stack and CRM systems.
• Monitor data governance and adoption of sales technology to maximize value.
• Ensure all tech and process changes align with broader goals.
• Lead business transformation initiatives with minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure change readiness by reassessing processes and investing in new tech or redefining roles.
• Build and develop a high-performing sales operations team and leaders.
