Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Sales & Customer Support to guide the growth of its mobile maintenance business. You will lead a cross-functional team across sales, account management, and customer support to drive revenue, retention, and customer value.

You will partner with operations, marketing, finance, product, and executive leadership to align commercial goals with service delivery capabilities, while expanding strategic partnerships and improving overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation.
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of demonstrated successful sales management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic sales plan for the Mobile Maintenance business.
• Lead national business development for new customer acquisition and strategic growth.
• Establish sales objectives, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
• Drive customer success initiatives to improve retention and lifetime value.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a high-performing sales and customer support team.
• Oversee customer support teams and ensure service standards and satisfaction.
