Omada Health Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Sales and Revenue Operations to lead and scale the Revenue Operations function across Sales, Customer Success, and partnerships.

You will design, optimize, and drive performance of the GTM operating system with data insights, processes and technology, reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations. You will lead a high-impact team, shape compensation strategies with Finance and People Ops, and partner with senior leadership to align forecasting,

Formación

• 12–15 years in sales operations or revenue operations, preferably in health tech.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and scalable RevOps.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of Revenue Operations strategy for all customer-facing teams.
• Oversee Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and channel operations.
• Partner with Finance and People Ops on compensation, budget, and governance.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Alliances.
• Shape GTM processes, data, and technology stack to enable growth.
