This remote-first role emphasizes building scalable investments, analytics-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Finance and Legal to drive revenue and merchant success.

Qualifications

• 12+ years across Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Marketplace, Events, or related growth disciplines.
• Proven success building and executing long-term partner marketing or growth strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading through other people leaders, building high-performing organizations, and developing senior talent.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgment with ability to evaluate complex and ambiguous opportunities and negotiate high-stakes deals.
• Experience influencing executive leadership across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics and other functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term vision and strategy for Marketing Services to drive growth and strengthen affirm’s market position.
• Oversee Marketing Services team to optimize co-marketing investments for merchant partnerships.
• Lead the Marketplace Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Platform Marketing teams with clear priorities and measures.
• Shape events strategy to deepen relationships and create commercial opportunities.
• Set strategy for merchant marketing investments balancing ROI and business priorities.
• Partner with Product to identify revenue-generating programs and expand monetization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Partnerships and other teams to align priorities.
• Establish scalable frameworks for investment decisions, measurement, governance.
• Oversee marketing investments and partner-funded programs with disciplined resource allocation.
