Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of healthcare consulting or performance-improvement experience.
• Leading and executing revenue cycle projects (patient access, billing, coding, collections, financial reporting).
• Strong strategies for revenue-cycle improvement and technology enablement.
• Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
• Direct supervisory experience of large teams.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth functioning of revenue cycle processes (patient access, coding, charge capture, revenue integrity, denial management).
• Monitor and improve financial metrics (A/R days, cash flow, bad debt).
• Lead complex performance improvement engagements and drive client outcomes.
• Manage engagement-wide economics: budgets, forecasting, margins, invoicing, billing.
• Apply analytical thinking to quantify benefits and risks for improvements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and build executive-level relationships.
