Job summary

Huron seeks an Healthcare Consulting Associate in Mid Revenue Cycle to lead project work streams with our Healthcare Service Capture team. You will design and implement data-driven solutions, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with client stakeholders to improve clinical and financial outcomes.

You will work across multiple engagements, leveraging Huron methodologies while traveling as needed. A strong background in healthcare processes and tools will support impactful, client-focused results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in project implementation or process improvement, healthcare or consulting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and charge capture.
• Experience leading complex client projects and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
• Identify data gaps and risks; develop sustainable recommendations for improvement.
• Summarize information and present findings to leadership.
• Supervise junior team members, provide coaching and feedback.
• Deliver tailored solutions enhancing impact and accessibility across healthcare services.
