Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience including service capture, CDM, coding, billing and reimbursement processes.
• Proven leadership experience with strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Epic and reimbursement methodologies (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG); proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of service capture strategies that drive compliance, revenue recovery, and operational improvements.
• Lead consulting engagements to enhance revenue integrity and operational performance across hospitals and health systems, including EHR transitions (Epic).
• Develop and manage comprehensive project workplans to ensure engagements stay on schedule and milestones are met.
• Oversee development, review, and QA of client deliverables to ensure accuracy and executive-level quality.
• Evaluate clinical workflows, charge entry practices, and billing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to clinical, operational, and executive audiences; translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Manage multiple client engagements with high-quality deliverables and strong client service; mentor team members.
