Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and/or performance improvement healthcare experience.
• Experience in leading revenue cycle improvement projects including billing, coding, and collections.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations enhancement strategies.
• Ability to travel based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of revenue cycle processes.
• Monitor financial metrics reducing A/R days and increasing cash flow.
• Lead performance improvement engagements ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Manage budgets and revenue forecasting for engagements.
• Build executive-level relationships and identify business opportunities.
