Blackbird Health is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management to lead and transform revenue cycle operations during rapid multi-state expansion. Remote position reporting to executive leadership, owning end-to-end revenue operations including billing, collections, A/R, denials, delegated credentialing, and payer enrollment.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management with leadership scope.
• Hands-on leadership in delegated credentialing and multi-state payer enrollment.
• Proven track record improving cash collections and reducing A/R aging.

Responsabilidades

• Own RCM strategy, operating model, and KPIs to maximize collections.
• Lead end-to-end transformation across billing, denials, and approvals.
• Oversee delegated credentialing, payer enrollment, and relationships.
• Partner with Finance and executives on contracting and forecasting.
• Optimize EHR/PM tech and vendor SLAs; build scalable teams.
