Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/finance field or related
• Ten (10) years progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle operations
• At least five years in academic medical setting or a large centralized business office

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop enterprise-wide revenue cycle standardization and efficiency strategies.
• Establish financial performance standards and targets for each facility within UMMS; drive best practices.
• Oversee revenue cycle operations, policies, and strategies to maximize collections and improve performance.
