Job summary

UC Health is seeking a Director of System Revenue Cycle to lead registration, admitting operations, and front-end revenue processes. You will align with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize financial clearance, insurance verification, and authorizations while delivering a high-quality patient experience.

Focusing on performance metrics, staffing, and regulatory compliance, you will drive improvements in denials reduction and point-of-service collections across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Healthcare required.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle with at least 10 years of management experience.
• At least 1 year director level over multiple facilities or equivalent business experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct operating activities of admitting, registration, and bed planning across facilities.
• Improve front-end workflows, staffing, productivity, and service standards.
• Ensure accurate demographics, insurance eligibility, authorizations and financial clearance.
• Drive improvements in point-of-service collections and revenue capture.
• Reduce denials and downstream revenue cycle issues through process improvements.
• Develop budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics for the department.
